You will receive your reunion registration materials including tickets at registration check-in onsite. Registered reunioning alumnae unable to attend reunion should make arrangements for materials to be picked up by a classmate or another designee from the registration area.
PAYMENT CANCELLATION AND TRANSFERS
Cancellations and transfers must be received in writing no later than May 2, 2014, and are subject to a $50 processing fee. After this date, all registrations, including “no-shows,” are subject to the full registration fee. Please allow a minimum of eight weeks after the conclusion of reunion for refunds to be processed.
Call the Reunion Hotline at 404-270-5064, or send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org. Messages left on the hotline or via e-mail will be returned within 48-hours, during the business week. Because of this 48-hour time frame, please note that waiting until the registration deadline to leave a message regarding a technical issue runs the risk of paying the onsite registration fee.
It is highly recommended that you register well in advance in order to take advantage of the preregistration rate.
