The Scholarship Agreement

An official Scholarship Agreement is developed from the information provided on the scholarship criteria form. The Scholarship Agreement outlines:

• the name and purpose
• the selection criteria
• the funding arrangement
• the donor contact information
• the administration of the scholarship
• the signatures of the donor and College representative

After review and approval by the donor and College representative, the signed agreement will serve as the College’s official document for administering the scholarship.
The scholarship is established once funding is received from the donor. Gifts may be made on-line or checks should be made payable to Spelman College and mailed to:
