Remember to . . . 

  • Take required standardized tests by Jan. 1
  • Register for federal aid at
  • Obtain a PIN number to complete the electronic signature by visiting
  • File FAFSA as soon as possible after Jan. 1, and no later than Feb. 1 for priority processing
  • Keep a copy of all materials submitted, and ask your teachers/recommenders to do the same

Think Ahead:

  • Request an application for admission before the beginning of your senior year in high school
  • Make sure that you have taken your SAT I, ACT, or TOEFL early enough to allow time for scores to be forwarded by the College Board or Educational Testing Service to the Office of Admission before the application deadline
