Policy or Procedure Changes
No policy manual can address every issue that may
arise. Therefore, new policies will have to be established. Changing
circumstances will require existing policies to be reconsidered,
modified or repealed.
This policy details the method you
should utilize to facilitate changes.
Complete the following information,
share your suggestion with your supervisor and submit it to the Office
of Human Resources.
Name, telephone number, policy number you wish to
modify, current wording of the policy, new wording you wish to insert,
rationale for making the change, any negatives to consider as a result
of the proposed changes, any costs associated with new policy or any
other information that may need to be considered.
Please be aware that not all
suggestion can be implemented. Every effort will be made to respond to
all suggestions.
