Applying for Study Abroad

All students who desire to study abroad must complete a study abroad application.

Applying is Easy
Printed applications are available in the Study Abroad Office, Milligan Bldg., Suite 1000.

After You Apply

  • Have the department chair of your major sign off on the application approving your studying abroad experience and indicating the course of study you plan to take
  • Add your resume statement and submit everything to the Study Abroad office in the Milligan Bldg., Suite 1000 by 5 p.m. on March 1.
  • Have your official transcript sent to Dr. Margery Ganz, Box 1447 or delivered to the Study Abroad office
  • If you're applying for the fall, please turn your in your program's application and papers at the same time
  • Download the Health Statement form (Microsoft Word format)
  • Read the Merrill Scholarship, the Martin Yanuck Scholarship and the JP Morgan Chase Study Abroad Scholarship requirements

Returning Study Abroad Scholars

Complete and submit the following MS Word forms:
