Study Abroad Application Process

All students who desire to study abroad must complete a study abroad application.

Applying is Easy

1. Complete the Acknowledgement Form

2. Complete the Online Application

Printed applications are also available in the Study Abroad office in the Milligan Bldg., Suite 1000

After You Apply

1. Have the department chair of your major sign off on the application approving your studying abroad experience and indicating the course of study you plan to take

2. Add your resume statement and submit everything to the Study Abroad office in the Milligan Bldg., Suite 1000 by 5:00 p.m. on March 1

3. Have your official transcript sent to Dr. Margery Ganz, Box 1447 or delivered to the Study Abroad office

4. If you're applying for Fall 2012, please turn your in your program's application and papers at the same time

5. Download the Health Statement form (Microsoft Word format)

6. Read the Merrill Scholarship, the Martin Yanuck Scholarship and the JP Morgan Chase Study Abroad Scholarship Requirements

Returning Study Abroad Scholars

Complete and submit  the following forms (Microsoft Word Format): 

1. Evaluation for Returning Study Abroad Students 

2. Returning Study Abroad Scholars Information
