Honors Program Benefits

As a member of the Ethel Waddell Githii Honors Program at Spelman College, you can receive these benefits:

  • Specially designed and enriching core and elective courses offered by outstanding faculty

  • Intellectually challenging environment with emphasis on dialog, discussion and critical inquiry

  • Small Seminar discussion centered classes to stimulate intellectual exchanges

  • Overload fee waiver up to 20 hours per semester
