Director's Greeting
 Dear Glee Clubbers Past
and Present,
Greetings, I would like to take this opportunity
to thank you for your continued support of
our dear organization, the Spelman College
Glee Club. It is with great anticipation
that we look forward to a memorable reunion
experience. Glee Clubbers from across the
nation will come together for a weekend full
of fellowship, music-making, and remembering.
We are indeed excited to honor our dearest
music faculty member, Dr. Joyce Finch Johnson,
in a banquet recital to be held Saturday
evening. This banquet will be attended
by friends, family, colleagues and students
from across the country in celebration
of her many years of service and dedication
to Spelman College.
I have had the privilege of directing the
Glee Club for seven years and am happy
to say that the tradition of excellence
continues just as it did under the direction
of Willis Laurence James, Roland Allison,
and Norma Raybon. Please join us on stage
as we lift our voices and join as sisters
in song, “one
more time”.
