Spanish Major Requirements
The major in Spanish consists of 11 four-hour courses and a one-hour senior comprehensive, for a total of 45 hours. Additionally, all Spanish majors are required to study abroad in a Spanish-speaking country for one academic semester under a Spelman-approved program . All majors must take the following courses:
