Dear Recruiter: 

The Spelman College Education Studies Program offers Early Childhood Education (P-5), Secondary (6-12), and Spanish (P-12) teacher preparation.  Secondary fields include: Chemistry, English, History, Mathematics, Physics, and Political Science. 

For those of you seeking to visit our campus for information sessions, interviews or posting opportunities the following information will assist you in effectively planning for your activity:

Information Sessions and Interviews

When requesting your recruitment dates, please consider the following information:

  • The Teacher Candidates are available Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 4-7pm.

  • ESP needs at least 10 business days to reserve a particular room based on the size of your recruitment event.  Please let us know if you will need media for your meeting. 

  • It is the responsibility of the recruiter to make arrangements for refreshments, but ESP can provide suggestions prior to your visit.

Posting Opportunities:  All announcements will be posted via social media sites and sent to ESP Teacher Candidates’ emails within five businesses days upon receipt of actual posting.  Please note that the use of links to related information and engaging pictures are preferable when posting to our social media sites.  

Campus Details: Directions to campus
Upon your campus arrival, check-in at the Education Studies Program in Giles Hall Suite G-5 (second door) before proceeding to the reserved location so that you may be properly escorted and provided with any additional needs for your visit.

Parking is available in the Spelman parking garage located just pass the security gate on the right. The daily parking fee is $3. Cash preferred.
