Thoughts on why she chose to serve on the Spelman College board of trustees: Serving as a trustee on the board affords me the opportunity to help sustain the institution that has helped me develop so tremendously as an individual. I feel privileged to take my experiences as a student to contribute to the betterment of the College as a whole.
