ATLANTA (Nov. 5, 2012) -- It’s a holiday tradition you don’t want to miss! The annual Spelman-Morehouse Christmas Carol concert will, again, kick-off the holiday season. Mark your calendars, Nov. 30 - Dec. 2, and join the Spelman and Morehouse College Glee Clubs for some Christmas cheer. Each concert is free and open to the public!

ATLANTA (Nov. 1, 2012) – On Nov. 8, Spelman College President, Beverly Daniel Tatum, Ph.D., will discuss how higher education leaders address climate and sustainability issues at the ACUPCC Southeast Regional Collaborative Symposium at Agnes Scott College.

ATLANTA (Oct. 31, 2012) -- Artist Chakaia Booker delves into a host of topics, including Black identity and urban ecology, during a dialogue with Andrea Barnwell Brownlee, Ph.D., director of the Spelman College Museum of Fine Art, on Wednesday, Nov. 7 at 6:30 p.m.

ATLANTA (Oct. 15, 2012) --Three key demographics --young, African-American, and women voters will “lock-in” at Spelman College to watch the culmination of the 2012 presidential election on Nov. 6. Appearances will be made by who’s who in entertainment, local and state government and other special guests.
