ATLANTA (Jan. 18, 2013) -- From Jan. 20-21, the Spelman College Glee Club will perform at three prominent events in Washington, D.C., in honor of the 57th Presidential Inauguration.

ATLANTA (Jan. 16, 2013) -- In recognition of its 10th anniversary, the Spelman College WISDOM Center will kick off a yearlong series of initiatives under the banner, “A Legacy of Women in Transformational Ministry,” Feb. 1-3, 2013. The slate of events scheduled includes the release of an anthology and a one-day women’s ministry conference.

ATLANTA (Jan. 9, 2013) -- Jens Korndörfer, organist at First Presbyterian Church in Atlanta, will perform in concert as part of the Spelman College Harreld-James Organ Recital Series, Sunday, Jan. 27, at 4 p.m. The event is free and open to the public.

ATLANTA (Dec. 13, 2012) -- The Spelman College Glee Club has launched a video campaign with the goal of securing a performance slot at the 2013 Presidential Inauguration taking place Jan. 21, 2013. Help get the message out by viewing, sharing and liking their video proposal. You can also support the campaign by informing your congressional representatives of your interest in seeing the group perform at this historic event.
